We are not an official vendor partner – and that’s intentional. e360 Hospitality is a fully independent consultancy, which means our advice is never influenced by vendor relationships or sales incentives. Our team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience working alongside official implementation partners, hotel groups and technology vendors across 15+ countries. You get honest, unbiased expertise – every time.
We work with a diverse range of clients across the hospitality technology ecosystem, including independent and chain hotels of all sizes, official PMS implementation and support partners, independent software vendors providing integrated hotel solutions, and hotel management companies seeking advanced training for their Finance, Revenue and Front Office teams.
Our core expertise covers four key areas: System Integrations (OHIP, SOAP/XML, REST API connections between PMS and third-party systems), Reports & Analytics (custom report development, data extraction and business intelligence for both legacy and cloud PMS platforms), Auditing (PMS configuration audits, data integrity checks and operational process reviews), and Advanced Training (role-specific training for General Managers, Financial Controllers, Revenue Managers and Front Office teams).
We are based in Sri Lanka (GMT+5:30) and operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. However, we are flexible with conference calls and can accommodate most international time zones by prior arrangement. As a consultancy rather than a support desk, we do not operate 24/7 — but we always aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
We use a range of industry-standard tools to ensure smooth collaboration regardless of your location. For communication we use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and WhatsApp. For remote sessions we use Cisco WebEx, Bomgar and AnyDesk. If your organisation has a preferred platform or security requirements around remote access tools, we are happy to accommodate. We adapt to your workflow – not the other way around.
We offer flexible engagement models to suit different project needs, including hourly consultancy, fixed-price project packages and retainer arrangements for ongoing support. Yes – for clients requiring deeper data access, we provide consultancy on database-level reporting using SQL queries against PMS databases. This is particularly valuable for hotels and vendors needing custom extracts, data migration support or advanced business intelligence integrations that go beyond standard report builders.
